You might want to know something about us before you start thinking about membership. The following Mission Statement and Vision Statement will give you some insight as to who we are as a parish.
Our Mission:
We are a small church with a big heart, shining the light of Christ, joyfully serving others.
Our Vision:
Our vision for St. Charles Episcopal Church is to be a thriving faith community of love and support, open to all, with a growing, energetic membership. We will strive to be a continuing source of spiritual refreshment, known for growing faithfulness and joyful service.

If you have never been baptized, Baptism is necessary for receipt of the other Sacraments of the Church. The Rector will discuss what is necessary to prepare for Baptism. The Episcopal Church encourages all adults to be confirmed or, if you have been previously confirmed, to be formally received into the Anglican Communion. Confirmation or Reception involves the laying on of hands by the Bishop.
We offer Inquirers' Classes for newcomers and members during the season of Lent, whether they are new to the Episcopal Church or simply to this parish. We encourage you to participate as these classes will help you learn about our customs and practices.
If you have any question, please feel free to call the Parish Office at 630-584-2596.
